Albuquerque, New Mexico - NewStart hosted the New Church Leader Assessment Center in Albuquerque, NM. Assessors and candidates met at the Nazarene Mission Training Center for four days of evaluation. The backdrop of the New Mexico horizon provided a setting of focus on the process of finding new church leaders.

Nine candidates and spouses participated in exercises, testing, and interviews. The assessment team, made up of a broad representation of church leaders, spent twelve to fourteen hours a day interviewing and observing the candidates. All were impressed with the caliber of new leaders interested in a NewStart ministry.

Leesburg, Virginia - The Assessment Center in Leesburg, Virginia was in the beautiful southern setting of Virginia. Candidates gathered at the Holiday Inn at Carradoc Hall for testing and interviews. The beautiful setting outside Leesburg provided a creative and relaxing atmosphere for the candidates and assessors for four days of evaluation.
