Assessors and candidates met at the Nazarene Mission Training Center for four days of evaluation. The backdrop of the New Mexico horizon provided a setting of focus on the process of finding new church leaders. Nine candidates and spouses participated in exercises, testing, and interviews. The assessment team, made up of a broad representation of church leaders, spent twelve to fourteen hours a day interviewing and observing the candidates.
